Join Yenkuei and Amy for an Insight Dialogue retreat that will include silent meditation, explanation of the guidelines of Insight Dialogue, and practices in dyad and other small groups. By bringing this relational practice to our beloved Sangha, we hope to cultivate an awareness of how and what we communicate, and bring insight into our habitual speech and listening patterns. May it expand our individual meditation practice to a collective one, embodying the truth of interdependence in everyday life.
