When: Monday evenings on 12/9, 12/16

Time: 5:30 - 6:45 pm

We will read through suttas (original teachings from the Buddha passed down orally and by text) and discuss how to apply them to our daily lives. Suttas will be on a range of topics, including ethical, mental and meditative training, and basic Buddhist teachings. Participants will also have the opportunity to request specific topics and suttas of interest. Printed copies of suttas will be available and no prior preparation will be necessary. Participants are welcome to join for as many or as few sessions as desired.
