Topic: Getting Out of The Way of the Dharma

One of the most important Dharma instructions is “keep going.” It’s important because if we continue to cultivate the Noble Eightfold Path, our hearts will incline toward freedom. We don’t do this, though, the Dharma/Nature does. It simply unfolds in the direction of freedom. But if we engage in this cultivation from a place of getting better or improving, it will impede that natural unfolding process.

We will engage with traditional sitting, walking and standing practice in such a way as to notice and let go of any attitudes of self improvement. In the moment of letting go, we can rest back into the simplicity and timelessness of the present moment, which is the only place where the Dharma can unfold.
