Wednesday Meeting
When: Wednesday evenings from 5:30 - 6:45 pm (Doors open at 5:00 pm)
Where: We meet at 160 Presumpscot Street (Unit 2D) in Portland, ME unless otherwise specified in our weekly email.
How to join us: Add your name to our email list to get weekly reminders for in-person and virtual sangha gatherings.
What to Expect
Group meetings are led by Dharma Leaders or Community Volunteers. Doors open at 5:00 pm with formal practice beginning at 5:30 pm. The evening may include a guided or silent meditation, a Dharma talk or reading, and breakout groups to allow for opportunities to share our practice with each other. The evening ends at 6:45 pm.
