Topic: Skillfully Meeting The Challenges of The Inner Life

The intention of Dharma practice is to see things the way they are. Sometimes how things are, particularly in the inner life, can be challenging. Difficult habit patterns of heart and mind that get covered by daily business and distraction all of a sudden present themselves in full bloom. Working with and through this terrain is the task of every meditator.

During our retreat we will explore skillful ways of being with, and at times not being with, the difficulties that arise in our hearts and minds. We’ll learn that we can find the middle ground between being lost in their stories and pushing them away.
